IMPACT NUMBERS

To date, over 5,000 Volunteer hours have been donated to Vida
Outreach
Since 2018, Vida has impacted the lives of over 2,000 community members through its clinic.
In 2023, Vida provided over 30 clinic days for the unhoused reaching 10-15 patients each visit—a 70% increase from 2021-2023.

During its 2023 outreach, Vida distributed hundreds of hygiene kits, blankets, and sun protection information to the Los Angeles community.
​
Additionally, 100 pairs of shoes were distributed to unhoused individuals.

Diversifying Medicine
Vida has mentored nearly 500 students since 2016, and over 90 students from under-resourced backgrounds since our Pre-Health Program officially launched in 2023. Over 80% of our Pre-Health Program students who have applied to graduate or doctoral medical programs have been accepted.
Community Support
Vida has received over $1.5 million dollars in grant funding from the US Department of Education, the California Association of Free and Charitable Clinics, the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics, Picerne Family Foundation, the California Endowment, Versacare, the City of San Fernando, CVS, and AT&T.
